Founder of Harajuku Tokyo Cafe and Bakehouse
Bringing together his background in economics, entrepreneurship, and a passion for Japanese culture. An LSE graduate with an MSc from the University of Warwick, he built Harajuku to make Japanese food and culture more accessible, engaging, and everyday. From menu development and sourcing to design and guest experience, Gaurav has been hands-on in shaping the brand from the ground up.
